It's quite hard to rate this one. Not because I don't like it and it's a hard read like The Silmarillion, but because it's less engaging and the fact that I already know the main story from The Silmarillion, somehow makes me less enthusiastic in reading it. It's weird though, as I was so looking forward to read it when I finished The Silmarillion.
So what will happen if I read this book first, instead of The Silmarillion? Will I enjoy it more? I will never know, but one thing for sure T ...more
