Didn't enjoy the audiobook version as much. The child comes across as rather whiny. Thankfully, McCarthy's vivid prose still shines through.

Set in a post-apocalyptical world, this book is sad, terrible and beautiful! I appreciated every second.
I read this book on recommendation from Leigh, in my book club, after we discussed how we all tried to read All the Pretty Horses but couldn't get into it. I'm glad I gave the newest McCarthy a try. His style is so stark and rich at the same time; he's completely inimitable.

road trip + apocalypse. what more could you ask for
THis book was pretty good. It keep going and no boring parts. Good read.
I needed an ending and this book didn't give one.
