I have to say that it was hard for me to rate this book. Why? Because there are basically three storylines enfolding at the same time, one is excellent, the other is good, the last one is lame. So I went with the middle ground and chose three stars.

This was published in the 90s and it's rather obvious. The genre has come a long way since.
