Shelves: thriller
This one is kind of hard to review. The main character kind of annoys me (well, all of them annoy me if I'm being honest and I wouldn't survive a 15-minute coffee with any of them, let alone an entire weekend) and the story is one of those nonsensically thin plots that would never have happened if a certain person in the book just had the spine to hit "delete" without answering the e-mail. Or, you know, just refusing the invitation.

Contrived plot and dull characters made this one fall flat for me. For those interested in twisty British mysteries, pick up Ruth Rendell or Sophie Hannah.
