SOLVED. Adult Thriller - Dinner party at a remote house, one of the guests is a killer? [s]

The MC is invited to a dinner party as a celebration for perhaps her friend’s wedding? It is at a cabin that is far away from anything else up in the mountains/woods. I believe there are around five of them, some girls some guys and they stay the night. I think the MC goes running in the morning and then at some point later she ends up running again trying to get away from the house/killer. She ends up in the hospital, I can’t remember if the injury that put her there was created by the killer but it was at least related. Who the killer was is kind of a plot twist, I think I remember who it was but I also don’t. It was motivated by jealousy. I read in maybe 2019?

There is definitely running, both as in "going for a run" and also as in running to escape/chase. Not sure about the broken glass -- I think there may have been broken glass in the story, but whether it was part of her running or not, I'm not certain.
