I read this largely because hey! Genderfluid protagonist! Always cool to see. And I was curious about this whole revenge mission thing. And, honestly, I enjoyed this. I liked the main character, Sal, and I liked Maud, Sal’s first real ally. I wish we’d gotten to know a little more about Elise, Sal’s love interest, but I did like what I knew of her.
