What Members Thought
Good historical fiction about 4 women of the first officer class of the WACs in WWII. It's so sad that women in the military are still fighting the kinds of battles they were back in 1942! I did enjoy this book although I'm not sure that Elisabeth's story rang really true - was it just an excuse for a bit of sensationalism? Certainly the author knew her stuff and it's very accurate as to the history and chronology.
