This is a sweet story with gorgeous illustrations.

The premise is that the love between those we love and those who love us doesn’t go away even when we’re not in their presence.

This could be a helpful book for children starting school or going through any sort of separation from loved ones.

Unfortunately, the children who need it the most are unlikely to get much solace from this book and the children who already feel secure and loved will enjoy this, and it might be useful for them, but they do

Great book for separation anxiety. I tell it to my preschool story time classes, and they love it. I also recommend it to parents of children just entering kindergarten.
