A fun book - my middle schooler loved it.

This came recommended to me by both an eleven-year-old friend and my adult sister, so I was surprised that I didn't like it that much. Maybe because I am a librarian and am sick of all the flashy things libraries do to try to look modern and exciting that take energy and money away from our (already underfunded) mission, I thought the technology in this library was over-the-top and ridiculous. I got this for my 8-year-old after finding it on a list of good books for elementary kids who read far above their grade level. He loved it, and recommended I read it. I didn't really get in to it until the game started, but then I didn't want to put it down. It was a fun mystery book.
