I saw the latest sequel to this in a bookstore, remembered reading this lo these many years ago, and thought it might be interesting to read. So, I requested this and its sequels from the library, and got started. But I didn't make it very far ... I can see why I thought this was cool when I was 12, but now ... not so much.
