The characters were cute and their dialogues/monologues hilarious and quick-witted. But Kitty was too much of a Mary Sue for my liking, there was no limit to what she could do. This book is a weird mixture of romance and "Men In Black." Intriguing concept and character. Pretty good action for 75 pages then a serious right turn into relationship purgatory (guess I should have been able to tell that from the cover). 175 pages of relationships and connecting this point with that point with the other thing. I had heard that is the way a woman's mind works, but 175 pages, gah. The last 175 pages were actually pretty good, back to action, killing aliens, humor and innuendo.
