This is utterly heartbreaking and absolutely funny at the same time; I don't know how she did that. Nor do I know how she kept me guessing 'til the end about how all the interwoven bits would finally fit together. Rich, awesome characters, interesting and well-written the whole way, through. So good.

A funny, lyrical, magical, tragic, redeeming book. The writing is almost pitch perfect - it almost earned 5 stars from me. Each character has such a unique voice and point of view. I love that the story unfolds in a non-linear progression, but it isn't too hard to follow. I highly recommend it. You will smile and be moved to tears.
