A collection of short stories by Neil Gaiman, mostly sf or fantasy with some horror elements thrown in. I didn't find most of these all that memorable, except for a great tale of Snow White going to save Sleeping Beauty.

I'm reading this to fulfill the "short story" category of the 2015 Ultimate Reading Challenge. I had wanted to read an earlier collection, because I believe in beginning at the beginning, but I also wanted an e-book format, and this is what my library had available, so here I am.

Note to self: Don't try to listen to an audio-book in the middle of a contentious election season. Your mind will be elsewhere, and you won't be able to invest the emotional energy you need into understanding everything that's happening.
My standard/generic short story review: I liked the book overall. Some stories were better than others. Blah, blah, blah.
I don't have the time or mental energy to go much deeper than that. But I did like the book.

Barely 3 stars. This is a mixed bag of stories that included more mediocre tales than stellar ones. I found myself skipping over certain stories because I was so bored, and that made me very, very sad.
A couple of really standout stories but lots I'd heard before. The American Gods tie in was good.
