Great atmosphere and creepy imagery. A suspenseful, intriguing storytelling. I found Devlin and his secrets incredibly interesting and I actually felt sorry for the bad guy, despite everything.
Still, it's not a 5 star material because all Amelia does when it comes to ghosts is run away and turn a blind eye.
