No one can do theatre d'absurde for children like M.T. Anderson, and here he's mingled it with good old nineteenth century adventure that is somewhere between Edith Nesbit and H.P. Lovecraft. Wonderfully bizarre! ...more

I was shocked when I realized this is the same Anderson as from "Feed",these are such different stories but resemble each other in creativity and weirdness. I enjoyed reading Sunken Places- it was a unique journey. ...more
