Loved this one even more than the first.
Definitely a fun book and Maggie Stiefvater has a fascinating writing style. Also always, I wish there was more focus on Gansey and Blue or just more Blue and Gansey together. I'm pretty sure this series could go on forever and it very well might. I thought the book was going to go in a different direction which is neither a good nor bad thing. I guess I thought more of Glendower would be involved instead of a whole new look on Ronan. However Ronan is an interesting boy. Can't wait for book 3.

5 PLUS STARS FOREVER
I don't know how to even review these books anymore. I've been putting off doing this review for literally months because I've been so scared that it wouldn't make any sense, but I've finally just realized that it doesn't matter. My reviews of the Raven cycle are for me to look back on when I get to my reread. So first of all, this is my favorite in the series at the moment.

Going to leave my first review here because my feeling have not changed, they have only become more profound. As confusing as the story and the magic are, if I could give it a hundred stars, I would.
I finished it.

EDIT
Ok, time for a review that will actually contain words. But at first....

Now that I got that out of the system...

This review doesn't contain spoilers neither from this book, nor the first one.
4.5
Of course, this book was amazing.
I think the first book shouldn't be called "The Raven Boys", but The Broken Boys. Because, oh yes, every single male character in these books is broken, and I love all of them because of that.
In this book we have A LOT of Ronan, and it couldn't be more perfect. If in the first book I liked him a lot, in this one I love/love/love him. He can be really mean, but he cares. He cares ab ...more

ME(before reading Dream Thieves)- There are very few books, that have better sequels.
ME(after reading Dream Thieves) - The Raven cycle is the series, where book 2 is better than book 1.
**SPOILERS**
All I can say is that the book blew me away, and left me craving for more:
1. Character Development - was definately something Stiefvater excelled at. Especially with Ronan, he is the main focus of the book and he should be as one of the most interesting character with a bad boy personality. And i ...more

Reread march 2016.
it took me too long. but the ending was awesome. I spoiled myself and the pain was intolerable. I don't know what worse, the time when I spoiled the event or the anticipation of the event taking place.

Considering that I am not a huge fan of Ronan Lynch, this book to me wasn't nearly as good as the first one. I did like how it picked up about halfway through and things got interesting. Plus anohter super quick read. I hope the next book is even better.
