What Members Thought

Wuthering Heights is branded as a romance, but I did not enjoy any romance here. Maybe I did when I read it the first time, many years ago, as a young adult. The so-called passion is more about Heathcliff’s powerful, passionate cruelty. He is a beast in the desolate, wild moors.
