I've read every book in the Charley Davidson series and I adore them all, they're probably my top series of all time. Reading A Bad Day For Sunshine felt like reading my favorite series for the first time. This book is like putting on your favorite comfy sweater.

The duel POV between Sunshine and her 14 year old daughter just didn’t work for me. It came across as more of a YA book than anything else (because in what reality would a mom/chief of police allow her 14 year old child to help with a kidnapping investigation?!) The more I think about it, the more this book annoys me.
