This book is so misleadingly named yet so accurately titled at the same time I have no words for you.

I loved Hardy and the shelter/support he gave.
I loved Miss Marva and her red velvet cake.
I loved Churchill and all that came with him.
I loved Gage as soon as I met him and didn’t stop.

So far I've read the Wallflowers and Hathaways series by LK and I guess I expected that pace to continue. I adored both of those series. I felt this was a bit slow to start and the pace didn't pick up until Gage came into the picture. I knew Hardy would come back into the story at some point, but I can't help wishing it would have ended differently somehow.
