I truly adored this book. Evie is a young girl who is always cold. She has been working for IPCA since she was 8 years old and they found that she could see through the glamours that’s paranormals wear to fit into society.
Lend is a young man who can shift into any person he wants. He wants answers that he thinks he can find in the IPCA. Until Evie captures him and he gets locked up.
