Oke so this is the first book/story I've ever read about Faery's and to get through it I had to watch 2 horror movies and some Kingsley because let's be honest this was too much pink and glitter for me to handle. And come to think of it it had a lot of action and killing etc. in it so for people who can handle glitter and pink and fluff it won't be much of a big deal.

If I'm honest faery land, pixies etc aren't really my usual thing. But I've heard lots of praise for the author and wanted to give it a try. Even though the theme didn't grab me, the beautiful descriptions and writing style did. The entrance of Ash made it much more interesting and the ending made me think about picking up the next one.

This book pulled me in and swept me away. I finished it in 2 days. I really enjoyed it & I am excited to read the next book! I want to know how the trio will end up.
