The iron Fae are invading the Nevernever, the Summer and Winter courts are fading, war is upon them. Ash Puck and Megan have been exiled to the human realm. Ash and megan make a grand united front that helps strengthen their united front, when the courts call them back for help. They may not come out of this fight alive, everyone seem against them. There is so much love between them, so much pain in their future.

I do really enjoy this YA series although it is not my usual choice of book. This one starts off where the last book finished. Meghan and Ash have both been exiled from Faery because of their love for one another, but life in the mortal world is far from easy for them both.

Meghan so wants to go home to her family but she can't just yet, so has to be satisfied with watching them from afar and when she does finally find the courage to knock on her own front door, she is attacked by a load of iron

Let me apologize first, my review maybe a bit disorganized but i couldn't wait to express my feelings on this book.

Julie Kagawa is defiantly author of the year for me. The series Iron Fey has been an amazing journey as a reader. From her first book Iron King which first introduced iron fey, and then Iron Daughter which paved the way for the love triangle between two amazing characters, to last but not least (thank goodness), Iron Queen.
