What Members Thought
I've been doing a marathon of these in audio to clean out my audio TBR pile and find the casework and the relationships between the extended cast and Eve and Roarke interesting. That said, the murders are getting increasingly for me to hard to handle. The last book had torture and ones here have rapes as part of the murderer's MO, and one 'in the moment' playback of one of the killings that ups this to even more disturbing. This was a hard one for me personally to read, but being part of the In Death series it was still a great read. I don't think I will ever be able to hear the 12 Days of Christmas again without thinking about this book.
