Can Aliens be sexy ?
Oh my, thanks to several reviewers, I rushed to get this book. I thought I left the roaring raging teenage hormones behind a few years ago. (yes a few, shhh now) I was so.. totally getting that tingly feeling and screaming for them just to get naked "NOW" Come on, geesh really what if you died tomorrow, DO IT ! but no, this was not to be the typical YA romance, no, these characters used their brains not just their zippers. Fantastic! I was unsure how I was going to like Daemon because I liked Dawson so much in Shadows and well he wasn't the most pleasant person in it. And yes he's still acting like an asshat but I didn't mind it. It helped in the tension development between him and Katy. Which is always plus for me.
As I read this I was literally laughing out loud, some made grinning like fool some of the digs and remarks where just great. So can't wait to read the next book.

I enjoyed reading this. BUT. I was not ok with the way the love interest treated the protagonist. There was an ongoing cycle of saving her life and then treating her like sh*t. The protagonist would make a brief show of standing up for herself in the face of his asshole-ness, but then she would go right back to lusting/pining away for him. I am going to read the second book, but I hope Daemon legitimately gets his act together. No one deserves to be treated the way he treats Katy, I don't care h

Hot, steamy, suspenseful, and arrogance all wrapped up in a book, and I loved every minute of it!
