I am a bit behind on the series, but I know from reading the reviews of the previous book that Owen betrayed Gin. Here he goes over and over the fact that he blew it and he hurt all of the people who mattered to him and he will never be able to atone... but he's going to try. This book was a fantastic insight into Owen's feelings about everything that has gone on between him and Gin, him and Philip, him and Eva, and him and Salina. i'm so glad he has finally realised what Gin means to him and what he intends to do about it!
