Perhaps my favorite In Death yet!
Eve and Peabody have great banter and it is hard to pick just a few moments to share because sometimes that means sharing a whole page. Truly love the dialogue in these books. Even the talking between Eve and Roarke can be entertain, but also shows how healthy relationships work out problems. Eve and Sommerset dialogue I did miss, but I'm sure it will be back in full force in the next book ^_^

I think this might be my favorite book of the series so far. The character of the mysterious Summerset is explored here and his and Eve's shaky relationship makes some progress. Also, of course, there is action, romance and a trip to Ireland! I usually get bored with series by this point, but In Death keeps me engaged.
