If you know my reading habits well enough you know one thing is true: I hate time travel stories. Yet oddly I have always loved The Time Machine even though I've never read it-mainly because I am a very sentimental person and Time After Time is a favorite film of mine. Ridiculous? Possibly. I don't care. However it was time to turn my attention to the granddaddy of all time travel stories, so I read the HG Wells classic today.
