Great little book to read while on public transportation. Lots of useful and interesting information.
Not quite what I expected
I guess I was thinking this book would be a more checklist type of tips for making changes. Instead, this was more anecdotal. I found it a little hard to engage with, but by the end, I understood the message and gleaned some insights into how my company and past employers have succeeded or failed in this area.
