She plagiarizes herself. The last part saved the whole thing for me with the poem written by George Lucas making me laugh out loud. Otherwise, nothing special. Re-reading Postcards from the Edge would have been more fun.

This book is especially poignant now that Carrie & Debbie have passed.
Humorous, extremely short and lighthearted take on her life’s highlights.
The writing style was choppy but the content hilarious. Once I got past the odd format (or lack there of) I greatly enjoyed reading Carrie Fisher's stories. I found myself laughing out loud and rereading several passages. This is a fun book full of train wrecks that make you giggle, for as Carrie Fisher says, "If my life wasn't funny it would be true, and that is unacceptable."
