Confession time: I don't read The Bloggess. I read this book because it was recommended to me.
Confession time the second: I don't enjoy books that are written by bloggers. I've been burned before (I'm looking at you Sloane Crosley). Oh my god, this book.
I laughed until I cried. And then I went into the other room and said to my girlfriend, "Look at me! I'm crying with laughter over this book!" She did not seem to care that much -- but it takes a lot to make me laugh and/or cry, so whatever, I was impressed!
I love Jenny Lawson and want her to be my friend. Except that we both have social anxiety and are super awkward, so it would probably be the weirdest friendship ever -- but that's ok.

I love her childhood stories; her marital anecdotes feel forced and fake. She's funny, but I liked Furiously Happy much better.
