Maybe I just have terrible taste in men (probably) but I lose count of how many bounced the minute I displayed any emotion that wasn't shiny, happy or bubbly. The foreword to this book states that the men of Stepford feel thusly: "Actual women irritate and bore them [...]." They want robotic maid concubines who don't have opinions or emotions, are never messy, and above all, look bangable 24/7. It is hilarious (and sad!) to me that with the rise of the MRA contingent, this book is more relevant ...more
