What Members Thought
I can't believe it took me so long to finish this book. Absolutely inspiring and beautifully laid out. I wish it had been longer, honestly. Some of the organizations are a bit dated (I literally winced at references to 3 Cups of Tea) but otherwise it seems still so relevant. I wanted to cheer for the women highlighted in this book and I hope to hear they are still successful and changing their communities.

Loved this book (that may be the wrong word, as it was hard to read about all the injustice going on). Empowering and eye-opening. A reminder that I am way too self-absorbed, with concrete ways in which I can help.
A very captivating, although horrifying read.
Hard to read, but so important to learn what's going on with girls and women around the world. A real eye-opener
