What Members Thought

Enjoyable first book in a steampunk (electro-punk?) universe. It's sort of age of sail except with electrically (fine, etherically) flying airships and magic. I'd be hard pressed to name my favorite character, but it's probably Rowl, the cat.

I loved this book. The characeters were well developed and the story kept me on the edge of the seat the entire time. The narrator has a wonderful accent and modulates his voice to affect the voices of different characters. I recommend this book to anyone who loves high fantasy and/or steampunk.
