What Members Thought
Another Jennifer Donnelly that I couldn't help but get wrapped up in. I loved the unique characters and how real their friendships felt. This was probably my favorite of her works because the mystery drove the story and kept the excitement even though I had suspicions about several plot twists fairly early on. My only critique is that occasionally the dialogue felt inauthentic to the time period, using words like "totally"and describing a bad mood as being in a "funk." Overall I loved the book a
