I loved every minute of being back in this glorious, stabby world! It's just so dark and fabulous- I fell in love with it all over again and was every bit as hooked and addicted as the first time! Can't wait to read The Wicked King!

I was a tad bit nervous going into this one. For one, it has tons of raving reviews and we all know sometimes with too much hype come the worse kinda disappointment. Second, every faerie book I've read about a prince and a teenage girl is gushing over with the sap and the feels. -- So not what I wanted to read. to be honest, I didn't really know what to expect from this. I've read a few young adult fantasy novels and all of them have disappointed me. however, this one made me want to read more.
I live the plot of the book and I love how both Jude and taryn are both mortal in a faerie world. I love the concept of them wanting to stay in faerie. however, what I didn't like was how taryn didn't seem to care about what happened to her sister so long as she gets what she wanted.
