Matilda es AMOR por los LIBROS.

Cuántas veces vi la película de niña. Me encantaba. Y hace 3 años leí el libro siendo ya adulta, y me encantó también. Creo que es un libro que no es solo para niñas(os) es para toda persona que quiera disfrutar de un buen libro.

Nunca había leído este libro ni visto la película. Por lo que para mí fue un mundo nuevo y me ha encantado.
La historia es super dulce!
Creo que todo el mundo la conoce a no ser que haya alguna persona más como yo.
Y a esas personas que no lo han leído les digo, LEANLO, que es una historia que se lee rápido y es hermosa♥

I’ve just finished this and I only can think in English right now so…

I don’t know even how start. This book just… take my breath. It’s not only the way Roald Dahl write, that is simply brilliant, I mean, all these play on words it’s fantastic.

This story has a deeper meaning, or I think it does, at least. I see here a little girl who doesn’t like her family so much, nobody really takes care of her, and, of course, no one show her a bit of love. And the saddest part is that her just assume all of ...more

No ha sido lo que esperaba, tenía una idea completamente diferente a la que he encontrado en este libro. Ha sido más denso de lo esperado pero no me ha decepcionado y al final he pasado horas agradables, aunque me haya demorado una eternidad.

¡Qué buen autor es Roald Dahl! ¡Y qué buen ilustrador tiene! Este libro era el único pendiente que tenía de él, y es una delicia, aunque siempre tengo sentimientos encontrados con la crueldad con que se trata a los personajes y lo dicotómico de los arquetipos. Sé que es metafórico, pero se va al chancho, jaja. Lo recomiendo igual, sí o sí y, como (casi) siempre, mucho mejor que la película.

Must read. This is one of those books you’re never too old to read. Matilda is and exceptional character that is meant to perdure in time. Mr Dahl has made a tremendously pleasant to read child character. Brilliant girl who does make a compliment to all children who read about her. The storyline was delightful to read.
