El libro trae 5 historias en formato comic, unidas por el hecho de que tiene que ver con cosas que vienen del bosque, que suceden en el bosque.
La casa del Vecino, esta esta interesante, ver la desesperanza de la ultima hermana, aunque queda abierto quien es el del sombrero, aun así me gusto. 4 star
La dama de las manos frías, este me fascinaron tanto la historia como los dibujos, una ambientación muy gótica y asfixiante, 5 stars

EDIT: (it's been like five minutes since my last review) Scratch what I just wrote ''I think it didn't scared me as much as I thought it would because I'm at work'', I went to the bathroom and wanted to get out as soon as I entered it 'cause I felt uneasy and scared. I'm such a baby, gosh.

Mejor comprarlo en inglés porque lo que más merece la pena son las ilustraciones que son de 10! La autora quiere homenajear con la portada el estilo ukiyo-e a mi ya me ha ganado con eso. Las historias por otro lado están bien pero son muy desconcertantes, y algunas son mejores que otras, está claro. Pero general me ha encantado tener esta novela gráfica ❤️

Son bastante creepy estas historias, la mayoría quedan con el final abierto o de esos donde crees que todo puede ir bien pero, ¡sorpresa!, el monstruo está a tu lado y tú ni en cuenta.
En cuanto al arte, está curioso, una paleta de colores bastante oscura y vívida al mismo tiempo(rojos, negros y blancos).
Más adelante espero leer más de estos cuentos cortos, sombríos y extraños de la autora.

Probablemente fueran las expectativas tan altas que tenía lo que me lleva a darle esta puntuación, pues me he sentido algo decepcionada con las historias, que en general me parecen muy bien planteadas, pero no todas bien resueltas. De hecho, algunas da la sensación de que ni han finalizado.

I found the art style really interesting but the stories were creepy just for the sake of being creepy, it was kind of forced on the reader with really silly stories without any sense, the first one might be regarded as passable. You can be a good artist but not a good storyteller, I'm quite disappointed because I've seen good reviews about this book, now, I'm just gonna get rid of it. ...more

Es la primera vez que una novela gráfica me enamora más por su historia que por su arte. Me encantaron todas las historias y también disfruté un montón del arte y de la organización de los cuadros de texto. Me gustó un montón. No tengo la suerte de que este en mi biblioteca pero ...more

Las historias me gustaron mucho. Muchas me dejaron pensando y me causaron desasosiego.
Unos cuentos de terror muy originales y entretenidos. Las ilustraciones están fantasticas.
Este libro se lee en un rato.
