A pretty "competent" book, but nothing remarkable. It will probably make you laugh a bit, but that's it. Maybe I'll write a few more words about this later.

I was avoiding Jim Butcher for a long time because I was afraid to like it too much. When I saw an average review from this book I thought to be a good chance to get my feet wet.
At the beginning I believed to be right on target since the story was a little slow for my taste but after the end of the first act I was hooked. I loved almost all main characters but I have to say my darling here is Rowl (probably because I had cats on my youth and still love them).
