Amazing book that you won't be able to put down
I don't even know where to begin. From the moment I picked up this book and started reading it I knew it was gonna be an emotional ride. I connected with Mackenzie on many different levels while reading her story. I see a lot of similarities between us which I found scary but also found beneficial. Wow! This Book left me Raw and Speechless. I Love Tijan, her work, this is unlike anything she has written before. She took a serious issue in our world today, and pulled you right into all of it! This was beautifully written, I was extremely emotional throughout this book. This Book will stay with me forever. It's just one of those stories. It makes you think, reflect, question. This was a heart wrenching story. Tijan did an absolutely fantastic job of relaying the emotions of the characters. I was so captivated by the storyline that I think anyone who reads this book will believe the same thing. Beautifully brilliant work.

Not many books surprise me anymore & I hardly ever write reviews. But.. this book was beautifully written and the ending was so sad and yet so perfect that if you’re thinking about reading it, don’t think just do.
