This is a well-written and drawn superhero comic. However, what appealed to me about Ms. Marvel 1 was her backstory, her Muslim background, her struggling to find her identity between cultures, her teenage problems. There is almost none of that in this volume. Wolverine shows up, they battle monsters and an evil villain with a ludicrous evil scheme... where have I seen that before? 🤔🙄

This was fun and quirky. The cameo by Wolverine was nice too. After the first one I didn't plan to read any more but this one was good enough that I will. ...more

great story with a strong teenage girl in the lead character role. I appreciate watching her growth as a person/superhero while enjoying the action. I did find the storyline hard to follow at times, not always certain who was talking but the general idea was readily able to be followed.

I like this series of graphic novels. The first one was better, but the story line in this one was still action packed and entertaining. I like the main character and these are easy to recommend to Isabelle who is a voracious graphic novel reader.
