What Members Thought
This is a well-written and drawn superhero comic. However, what appealed to me about Ms. Marvel 1 was her backstory, her Muslim background, her struggling to find her identity between cultures, her teenage problems. There is almost none of that in this volume. Wolverine shows up, they battle monsters and an evil villain with a ludicrous evil scheme... where have I seen that before? 🤔🙄

Ms Marvel continues to be my new favorite superhero. With all the ethics and virtue of Captain America, a warm and loving family (and religious figures?) backing her up, good friends, and some new superhero connections, she is the total package. Still enjoyed this series it was fun seeing Wolverine. The Star Wars jokes where fun as well. I'm looking forward to the next issue. I guess next year I will have to read the "Captain Marvel" series.

This was fun and quirky. The cameo by Wolverine was nice too. After the first one I didn't plan to read any more but this one was good enough that I will.
