This is my first Salinger work, and I really enjoy his writing style. The way he writes conversation is so natural and flowing at points that you really feel like you get a sense of the characters. I think certain parts of this went over my head, but I enjoyed it overall. I just wish there was a bit more from Franny's perspective. ...more

Salinger and I are done I think. This is my second of his and I don't really like or understand this one either. Guess I'm just not smart enough, or they are just not for me.
