I’m actually between a 3 and a 4. I started with 4 but changed to a 3. I think I enjoyed the epilogue the most. And it may has been a different experience with a paper book in my hands and not an ebook- where I could flip back and look at the quotes the author chose to introduce each chapter.

Great example of historical fiction. Kids liked it by the end but could not get into the first half. Told from the viewpoint of a girl in the yellow fever epidemic of 1793 in a diary type format.
