This is an important book, and I only wish it were updated. It has a lot to say about food prep as well as government and big business. My eyes were opened to a new reality, and I have decided to source my meat from local farms. It might cost more, but my focus is on health and good ecology practice...neither of which seems to be available through big corporate sources.
