**2015 Reading Challenge W/Josh: #47 A Play**
This will always be one of my favorite stories of my childhood. It just brings back so many loving memories.

I originally tried to read this book as a little girl. Unfortunately, even as a kid, I never had much use for over-done, flowery, descriptive writing. It's a great book. It's well written and I love Anne and Marilla and Matthew and Diana but good grief it's taking me forever to get through it. I loved this book when I was little and I still adore it! Anne of Green Gables is one of my favorite classics. I picked it for Isabelle to read in Mother/Daughter Book Club but I'm not sure she is loving it as much as I loved it. I loved it so much I cried at the end and I plan on re-reading the other books in the series and watching the mini series. (Popsugar Challenge: a book you've read before that never fails to make you smile)

I read all the "Anne" books as a young teenager; they were my favorites, only "Gone With the Wind" could compare! Have marked the others "to read" as I want to go back and re-read the whole series.

Listened to the audio production this go around, for a new experience. I am not as big of a fan of the audio but the story still remains a beloved classic in my eyes.
