This is my first time reading Harry Potter. I don't know why I left it so long, but now am buddy reading the series with my 30 yr old daughter who read them as they came out!
I have only seen snippets of the movies too, so am glad to say I haven't been spoiled for the series.

Listening to the series. :)
I haven't revisited this series since it came out, but after an awesome fun trip to Harry Potter World in Florida, I felt like reading it again. While I'll never be a super fan and I don't really feel emotionally connected to the books, I can definitely appreciate how well-written and intricate this series is. The world building is phenomenal! I wish I could stay in the Diagon Alley and Hogwarts introductions the whole time. It's not every day you see a bona fide children's classic emerge into t
