Really liked this, Flavia and Dogger working together in their own detective agency. This starts with the wedding of Flavia's sister . Unfortunately when cutting the cake, a foreign object is found inside, which greatly disturbs the bride. Flavia comes to the rescue and says she and Undine had placed it there, but this is untrue. Sad this series ends on such a weak note. This is not the Flavia De Luce that I stanned. I don’t know how to include a link here but Marni Port’s review said it all for me. 2.5 stars topped up for sentimentality.
