Shelves: agatha-christie

Mr Shaitana has the second best mustache in London according to Poirot. Shaitana is also an likeable character but gives great parties. Poirot, Battle, Colonel Race and Mrs Ariadne Oliver (Agatha Christie’s alto ego) four sleuths attend the party. There is also invited Mrs Lorimer, Major Despard,Miss Meredith and Derek Roberts all murderers according to Mr Shaitana. After dinner a Bridge party is also underway and by the end of the evening Mr Shaitana is dead, murdered by one of the four murdere ...more

This novel was like Christie's other novels that i read. I like this book and its ending was unexpected. However, the ending didn't take me by surprise like other novel. ...more
