What Members Thought
Intriguing mystery with unique characters. A little too much Greek mythology for me, so the story lagged at times. But the writing was too good and too witty to just scan those parts, particularly because I didn't want to miss anything vital to the plot. The shift in time between WWII London and present-day when the same detectives have aged considerably was a clever way to tell the story and get the reader to care about the two main characters. I plan to read more in the series. 3.5 stars round
