English Mysteries Group Read of Lord Peter Wimsey
Well i have to say that i thoroughly enjoyed this book and considering it was a posthumous collaboration, to me it was pure DLS.
With Lord Peter and Harriet now happily married,this book picks up soon after the events of Busman's Honeymoon.
Mixing with polite society, the Wimseys bump into the Theatre Angel , Mr Harwell and his beautiful wife, as well as the eccentric French artist Chaparelle, who immediately wants to paint both women.
