What Members Thought

Sayers really is at her best when she's focused on one main location and just concentrates on building the characters. Where she tends to fall down is when she goes off on those academic exercises and forgets to round out her characters. Another flaw is that she's not brilliant at writing the lower classes, it's through lack of experience rather than prejudice in her defence.
